At the end of the month, the sacco administrator or accountant computes all the monthly deductions. These include monthly contributions from members, changes in shares contributions, loan repayments, loan interest payment, cash advance repayment, cash advance interest payment, membership fees, and annual membership subscriptions.
To calculate the monthly deductions, click Tasks on the navigation bar and select Calc. Monthly Deductions. Select the required period and click the "Tick" icon to Calculate.
